I was born to sing! I’ve been singing since I wa 3yrs old! I will do it until a door is open & plateform to stand on. I am also a great imitator. I can do Gkadys Knight, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Stephanie Mills & more.

  3. Desiee says:

I would be a great candidate because I have a gift. I believe I have a gift. I have a bad past, and some people think because of everything I’ve been through I would never be able to make it as a singer. I believe differently. I believe that everyone goes through bs throughout life, but it’s something you can’t let stop you from making your dreams come true. I think I can make it big, and I want you, the judges, to be the ones who make me see if I have the stuff, or, possibly, if I don’t.

  4. maria says:

I’m not gonna say I can sing most people they say they can sing, myself I just let the judges figure it out if I can sing or not..

  9. Destiny says:

Hello, my name is Destiny I am a fifteen year old girl with and artistic passion. My abilities are used in many ways singing is however my strong suit. When I sing I feel like the world around me slowly fades and I am on a stage being encored from hundreds and thousands of fans, My heart slows down and my eyes widen in astonishment.
I have been singing since I could speak if you count the theme songs to all my kid shows and, the one song I sang over and over again out of tune and lyrics backwards. I knew I wanted to sing after I stood up on the stage at church and sang Easter songs. Also because when I was six years old my papa passed away he wasn’t only my grandpa but my best friend, he was the light in my life, he would love when I did caroling to him for Christmas. I remember when he was in the hospital I sang him amazing grace and it brought tears to his eyes. I feel like when I am singing he is in my presence and I feel like there is nothing better than to know he is smiling down on me.Singing is how I express my inner self and connect with my grand father. I believe it would be an honor to share with you on “The Voice” my voice.

  11. George Gallagher says:

Hi my name is George ,I am aged 21 ,from Liverpool England . I was taught all the big band classic swing songs by my grandmother whilst she pushed me in my pram ., she would sing the likes of Bobby Darin (mac the knife ) and Fly me to the moon by old blue eyes himself Frank Sinatra. I soon picked up the tunes as I got a little older . I was fortunate enough to enter and win the Liverpool &merseydide young singer of the year in 2008..in the final I performed a version of a song from Les Miserable called Bring Him Home ..(this can be viewed on Youtube ) I have also performed covers of Ed Sheeran (thinking out loud) and John Legend All of me .My dream would be to fly to Vegas and simply walk into one or two bars/clubs and just ask if I can audition ., I know I can perform all the Swing and Big Band classics I know I am thousands of miles away in Liverpool England, and it’s probably unrealistic to expect an audition for such an in demand Voice/ singing competition , but I thought I would give it a try anyway ,, As the Motto says ‘Nothing Ventured Nothing Gained ‘
    Thank you sincerely

    George Gallagher

    Liverpool England

  15. Sarah vennochi says:

Hi everyone my name is Sarah and I just really love music and I would be so thankful if I could be allowed this opportunity. The thing is I view singing as a way to relate to others and it would just be so wonderful if I could get some insight on how I sound by professionals. I want to share my voice with a lot of people to just make them happy sad or angry. That’s why I love singing because without even using any words the tone of your voice can strike people’s emotions without even trying to. Music saves lives and I really want to try to save lives to. My dream is to show people the beauty of the world through my voice by striking them with the words I’m singing or the emotions I myself am feeling when I’m singing. So if I were picked for this I would use it as a learning experience to follow my dream of trying to change lives with what I have to sing about. Moments are caught in songs and I really want to learn how to perfect this, this opportunity would help so much! But whatever happens I’m just thankful you’ve read this far :) I’ve always wanted to share this view I have on music and so thanks for reading!

  33. Alexa Worthen says:

My entire life I have been told that I’m something special. That I have a gift that would change lives. I was always putting on shows ever since I can remember, I would gather everyone around and make them sit and watch me sing or dance. I was shy in middle school and didn’t pursue singing, I didn’t even think twice about it…. My band teacher noticed me, he believed in me. I have now gained confidence in myself to sing for others and I do every chance I get! I guess you could say I have some terrible luck. I’ve had so many things happen to me in this industry to make me run away from singing… But I won’t. I was born to be a performer and I plan on being one, no matter what it takes. I was born to entertain, to share my talents. I don’t have money to pay for lessons, or any of the other fancy things that most people get. But I work hard, Music is my life. I don’t give up easily. I am dedicated, and ready to finally get that chance to show you what I have to offer. I know you wont be disappointed!

  35. Suzie Hayes says:

Hello. My name is suzie hayes and at this moment I realized I will do anything to let my singing career take off. I go to Las Vegas academy as a choir major and I made a mistake a regret and I may be expelled. I realized singing is what makes me who I am, and I want to use it to get me places because I’m positive it can. I’m open to do anything, and my dream is to be a triple threat and famous in a way. I love to sing mainly all genres of music so I can get into anything. At my school I didn’t have much confidence because the choir teachers were so bias that if you wanted to make it into the higher choirs, you would have to kiss up to them, no matter how much talent they have. I want to show people a strong message that you can never give up, because after working so hard in that choir and not going anywhere, I want to make something of myself other than a choir major reject. Thank you for your consideration (:

  46. Chastity Hamilton says:

After surviving an aortic dissection and pulmonary embolism both at the same time which should have killed me I have decided to give my all to something I love which is singing. I will be posting recordings of me singing songs on my facebook page and my friends and family are going to vote on them so I know what to sing in the audition should I be picked if God even still knows I am here anyway. But I have always been told my singing is great for an ametuer so I think being coached like on the show would really help. I’ve actually sung 2 times in my life and made people drop what they were holding and drop their jaw. I just don’t have a lot of self confidence and a little stage fright but hey if I were to audition and they did pick me that would boost that way up. Good Luck everyone!

  53. Blake Wisner says:

Hi, my name is Blake. 17 years of age with 13 years of singing. My parents recorded a video of me at the age of 4, singing nursery rhymes that I learned from my parents singing me to sleep with every night. Playing music on T.V. and in front of crowds with 500+ people, nerves are not an issue for me. Private lessons have taught me how to sing the proper way. Having the ability to play/perform with the saxophone, piano, guitar, and my voice have made me a well rounded musician, and very musical savvy. On the internet, I have posted a few original songs which all of my friends and new random fans have told me, I have the potential to go somewhere in life with my music. The Voice would be an life changing opportunity for me to show case my ability and unique style. It would also be a great start for where I want to head in life with music and for developing a fan base.

When I sing it comes from the heart and I give it everything I got. I would love to have that once in a life time chance to proof myself because I believe that I can reach the top.

Hello, my name is Theron and I am from Las Vegas! I’m not telling you that I should be accepted for “The Voice”, but I am asking for the chance to display my talent. I’ve never auditioned for anything, yet I’m always getting told that I a lot of potential. To be granted the chance to show America what I can do would be the opportunity of a lifetime. Please give me a chance to prove myself. I promise you will not be disappointed.
